Order Management Specialist with Italian

Obowiązki :

Zarządzanie pełnym cyklem realizacji zamówień od klientów
Rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z zamówieniami oraz dbanie o terminowość dostaw
Komunikacja z klientami oraz wewnętrznymi działami firmy (logistyka, magazyn, sprzedaż)
Przygotowywanie raportów i analiz związanych z obsługą zamówień
Obsługa reklamacji i zwrotów zgodnie z procedurami firmy
Współpraca z zespołem w celu optymalizacji procesów order management

Wymagania :

Bardzo dobra znajomość języka włoskiego (min. B2)

Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B1)

Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku związanym z obsługą zamówień, logistyką lub administracją będzie dodatkowym atutem

Dokładność, umiejętności analitycznego myślenia oraz dobrej organizacji pracy

Chęć do nauki i rozwijania swoich kompetencji w międzynarodowym środowisku
