  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead a major business transformation initiative. This role involves delivering complex projects within large organizations, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving technology adoption.
  • Salary : 1200 – 1400 PLN / MD netto + VAT (B2B)

    • responsibilities :

  • Lead IAM and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
  • Support PoC / Pilot testing and plan rollout for new authentication patterns.
  • Collaborate with Architecture teams on production infrastructure design.
  • Present project updates and achievements at stakeholder forums.
  • Conduct technology assessments with service owners to determine suitable approaches.
  • Plan and support IAM authentication implementations.

  • Proactive and results-driven approach to project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills; able to influence discussions and drive progress.
  • Confident in technical conversations and quick to adapt to new technologies.
  • Skilled at presenting and engaging stakeholders in meaningful discussions.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM and modern authentication protocols.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Passwordless Authentication.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence to support project tracking and collaboration.
