HRO / Payroll Specialist with German

Miejsce pracy : Łódź

Your responsibilities

  • Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
  • Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
  • Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
  • Participating in client discussions regarding processes
  • Answering incoming calls - service line
  • Achieving goals and SLAs

Our requirements

  • English language proficiency at least B2, German C1 - both spoken and written
  • 2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Payroll
  • At least secondary education
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems
  • Ability to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on time
  • Attention to detail and awareness of GDPR aspects
  • Time management skills - multitasking role
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  • Good communication and analytical skills
