HRO / Payroll Specialist with German

Your responsibilities
- Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
- Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
- Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
- Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
- Participating in client discussions regarding processes
- Answering incoming calls - service line
- Achieving goals and SLAs
Our requirements
English language proficiency at least B2, German C1 - both spoken and written2 years of experience in HR Operations / HR PayrollAt least secondary educationAbility to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problemsAbility to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on timeAttention to detail and awareness of GDPR aspectsTime management skills - multitasking roleGood knowledge of MS Excel and WordGood communication and analytical skillsWhat we offer
