Together with our intentational client - we are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Lead to provide strategic leadership, management, and governance of the finance operations at our Poland Centre. your tasks

  • Diagnosing the end to end processes to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities as measured by impact on
  • Hold & run meetings to develop project plans and present to various stakeholders and budget owners
  • Support transition stage gates and schedules to agreed standards, communicate and engage senior leadership, sponsors and stakeholders as appropriate
  • Grow a sustainable lean six sigma culture and capability within the SSC organization
  • Owns and sets the standard for the lean operating systems and service management standard within SSC
  • what we expect

  • Minimum 6+ years project management and 2+ years transition project experience with demonstrated track record of leading continuous improvement projects in a GBS
  • Educated to Bachelor of Arts or Masters level
  • Fluent English
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
  • Ability to work in a cross functional matrix environment and gain commitment to specific improvement initiatives
  • Strong change management, project management, analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated ability to drive end to end improvement initiative
