At Pretius, we are looking for Test Automation Engineer to a project in the financial industry, international team.

responsibilities :

Participate across the testing lifecycle : test planning, design, automation, execution, reporting, and support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define testable requirements and acceptance criteria

Design, build, and maintain automated tests for APIs, web UIs, services, and data pipelines

Implement test frameworks, fixtures, and utilities in Python, Java to enable fast, reliable feedback

Set up and optimize CI / CD test pipelines, artifacts, and quality gates

Create and maintain clear test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports

Champion quality practices : shift-left testing, risk-based testing, and continuous improvement

Monitor test flakiness and performance, optimize stability and execution time

Contribute to non-functional testing

requirements-expected :

8+ years of experience with Python and Java for test automation

Hands-on experience with Web UI automation (Playwright, Selenium)

Knowledge of CI / CD integration for automated tests (Azure DevOps)

Solid understanding of testing strategies and levels (unit, integration, e2e)

Experience with BDD practices and tools (Cucumber, Robot Framework)

Exposure to test data management and environment configuration

Proficiency with version control (Git) and code review workflows

SQL proficiency for validating data and back-end flows

Familiarity with cloud and containers (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
