100% Remote Work

Rate : 160–180 PLN net / hour (B2B with Experis)

Tasks

  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business and technical requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert and lead the team in effective delivery
  • Make key technical decisions and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Provide solutions to complex problems within and beyond your immediate team
  • Develop innovative application features that enhance user experience and meet client needs
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve development processes

Requirements

  • Advanced-level proficiency in Scala (Intermediate profiles may be considered)
  • Proven experience in application development and team collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
