Sales Development Specialist

Locations : Warsaw, Gdynia, Krakow

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

§Professional selling and care of new and existing customers

§Strategically develop the business by expanding customer relationships and acquiring profitable new business

§Negotiate contracts' terms and conditions

§Monitor market and competition

§Active work in the CRM system (Salesforce)

§Cooperate closely with Sales Support Team, Pricing and Operations departments

§Prepare customer-specific requirement profiles

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

§A high level of customer relationship building skills

§Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and initiative

§Proven professional experience of air & sea freight market

§Very good command of English with overall good communication skills

§High customer and service awareness

§Independent as well as target- and solution-oriented way of working

§Completed commercial training, ideally as a sales specialist or forwarding
