Job descriptionUniversity degree in a technical field – preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 4 years of experience in the operation of medium and high-voltage substations. Strong understanding of electrical procedures and health & safety regulations related to high-voltage systems. Valid SEP certifications (E and D, without voltage limitation). Fluent in both Polish and English. Your responsibilities
- Supervision of the operation and maintenance of electrical substations within renewable energy infrastructure.
- Participation in the planning and coordination of service and preventive maintenance activities.
- Cooperation with internal technical teams and external contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety procedures and industry standards.
- Support fault diagnostics and analysis of electrical incidents.
