Workday Finance Integration Lead - new SSC

Job descriptionLead end-to-end integration efforts for Workday Finance implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Design scalable, compliant solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs. Build and maintain integrations using third-party tools (Mulesoft or Jitterbit), APIs, file transfers, and SQL. Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy. Mentor junior consultants and developers to ensure quality delivery. Support project planning, budgeting, and serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within the technology sector. Strong knowledge of integration tools and frameworks. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, SOAP / REST Web Services, XML / XSLT. Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Jitterbit) and API management. Experience with Java or .Net. Knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL or other RDBM languages. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid or remote role. UoP or B2B. Benefit package.
