Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work across AI-powered transformation journeys , optimising workflows for efficiency and automation.
  • Conduct end-to-end process analysis, mapping, and improvement , ensuring smooth integration of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, and SME teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation.
  • Assess the feasibility and impact of AI-driven enhancements in onboarding, KYC, and operational processes .
  • Support the transition from manual troubleshooting to AI-driven self-solving support , preempting issues before they arise.
  • Act as a hands-on BA, actively engaging in delivery rather than just leading .

Key Requirements :

  • Strong Business Analysis background – must be experienced in full project lifecycle, process mapping, and detailed analysis .
  • Experience in operational processes (KYC, onboarding, CDD) within financial services.
  • Ability to work hands-on and drive initiatives independently, ensuring timely execution .
  • Strong stakeholder management, working with technology teams, product owners, and SMEs.
  • Ability to start within a maximum 1-month notice period .
