About the project
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyze their needs, and recommend the best solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This CRM platform is being implemented across 60 countries, making it a key tool for Global & Commercial Banking. Your responsibilities
Participating in the entire solution implementation process, from understanding the business requirements to configuring and testing the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet those needsWorking closely with various stakeholders across the organization to gather a comprehensive set of requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectivesProvide expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and assess the customer’s business processes against the standard Dynamics functionality to identify gaps and opportunities for improvementFully leveraging Microsoft’s tools, such as VSTS and PowerApps, as part of the application lifecycle management (ALM) processOffering ongoing input for enhancing the delivery practice through suggestions and implementing improvementsBeing responsible for documenting clear and precise business requirements that outline the actions a solution must take and the expected outcomesConfiguring and customizing Microsoft DynamicsTaking responsibility for planning and executing system acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the customer’s needsOur requirements
At least 8 years of experience in D365 Sales implementation and participation in at least 3 full life cycle implementationsAbility to analyze business problems, design solution architecture, and document business requirementsFamiliarity with Microsoft ALM stack to manage the application life cycleProficiency in VSTS / TFSStrong understanding and application of a process-driven implementation methodologyKnowledge of D365 functionality and technology stack supported by experience in implementation methodology and familiarity with industry best practicesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSuccessful completion of relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 product certification examsResiding in Poland requiredOpenness to work from an office in Cracow or Warsaw once a weekWhat we offer
