Sourcing Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to support our team of Sourcing Managers in managing supplier relationships, transitioning projects, analyzing data, and driving procurement excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier negotiations, and data analytics within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What will you do :

Assist in analyzing supplier data, pricing trends, and market conditions.

Prepare detailed reports on supplier performance, cost analysis, and other metrics using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

Draft and send Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to suppliers, ensuring all requirements are clear and accurate.

Help Sourcing Managers analyzing supplier quotes to identify cost-effective solutions and highlight discrepancies.

Support Sourcing Managers in transitioning projects to new suppliers or locations.

Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth transitions.

Assist in implementing new tools or systems to streamline workflows..

Organize sourcing documents, contracts, and supplier records.

What will you need :

Availability to work 20–30 hours per week

English language proficiency at C level

Ability to work effectively in a team

Strong interpersonal skills

Good organizational skill

Current student status (minimum 3rd year of studies)
