Financial Reporting Senior Manager
Here are some of the things you can look forward to :
- Lead the preparation and submission of financial reports required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Forms 6-K and 10-K.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting in line with Group standards.
- Review and analyze key financial reporting deliverables to maintain high quality and compliance.
- Support the implementation of new accounting and regulatory requirements into financial reporting processes.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams, product control, risk, and Group reporting to resolve reporting issues.
- Participate in financial sign-off meetings and communicate key findings to senior stakeholders (e.g., Financial Controller, CFO).
- Drive improvements in controls and ensure compliance with SOX 404 and internal control standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors (e.g., PwC) and ensure successful audit outcomes.
- Support transformation initiatives and process improvement projects related to external reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for reporting queries from regional teams and stakeholders.
- Promote company's values and contribute to a strong team culture.
Requirements :
University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.10+ years of experience in financial reporting, including SEC, IFRS or GAAP standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and disclosures.Solid understanding of accounting policies and their practical application.Experience in leading teams and managing change.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Risk awareness and focus on controls and compliance.Our Client has a lot to offer :
