Let’s turn health prevention into a habit and help thousands live longer, better lives.
At uPacjenta , we believe that prevention should be effortless — because a long, healthy life starts with small, everyday actions.
Our mission is simple yet powerful : Guiding people to better health.
We’re building technology that brings laboratory tests and diagnostics straight to people’s homes and offices , helping individuals and companies take control of their health through data, awareness, and early action.
We’ve already made preventive care accessible to thousands but we’re just getting started.
Now, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, a strategic, hands‑on leader who can fuel our next phase of growth.
About the role
This is not a “maintenance” role. It’s a hands‑on growth leadership mission.
We’re looking for someone who can both build and deliver — a doer who knows how to get things done by themselves and, at the same time, can lead and grow a team around them.
You’ll take ownership of our e‑commerce performance — from strategy to execution — managing the marketing team and working closely with the product and data.
Your main challenge? Bringing high‑quality traffic, acquiring new users, and scaling our B2C channel efficiently (without burning through CAC). You’ll lead the marketing team, master every performance channel, and turn insights into scalable growth that converts into active users. Retention and marketing automation will also be part of your scope — less critical than new user acquisition, but key to sustaining long‑term growth and engagement.
This role is perfect for someone who :
- Lives and breathes performance marketing , but understands business, product perspective and user journey
- Knows how to build, lead and grow teams to work smarter, not just harder
- Feels at home in a fast‑paced startup where things change, improve, and grow weekly
- Loves testing, iterating, and seeing impact fast
- Work together with people to enhance direction, alignment and shared goals
You’ll have the freedom and tools to turn our new e‑commerce platform into one of our biggest growth levers.
