Your responsibilities
- Post-Sales Support : Provide comprehensive post-sales support to business clients, ensuring smooth service delivery in IT Outsourcing, ongoing operations, and accurate billing coordination.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with key internal teams such as Sales, Allocation Center, and Payoff to align service execution and customer satisfaction.
- Consultant Coordination : Act as the first point of contact for consultants assigned to your clients. Maintain regular communication and provide day-to-day operational support and care.
- System Operations : Manage and operate internal business systems to support efficient delivery and administrative processes.
- Sales Support : Collaborate with the Sales team by contributing to proposal preparation and supporting pre-sales and sales activities.
Our requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience working with business clients on projects of varying complexity and scale.At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry.Solid technological understanding across different IT domains, enabling effective client communication.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.High level of professionalism and maturity in client interactions.Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under time pressure.Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.Strong analytical skills and confidence in decision-making.Experience working with internal business systems.Benefits
