For our Client, a well-known company in the retail industry, we are looking for a person for the position of Global Talent Acquisition Manager. The job is focused on Talent Acquisition area, and it will play a big role in creating an effective recruitment process through a Shared Center and support 29 countries.

Requirements

proven experience in managing a Shared Services Center or similar operational environment,
proficiency in process optimization and automation tools,
strong leadership and team management skills,
strong planning and implementation skills, with a keen eye for follow-up,
fluent in English,
ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement,
customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

the first year will involve building up the Shared Center team together with internal stakeholders,

recruit, train, develop and motivate the team to deliver an effective recruitment process,

oversee the daily operations of Talent Acquisition,

develop and implement procedures to reach operational efficiency and service delivery,

monitor key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision-making,

collaborate with Center of Excellence and other internal stakeholders to align Shared Center activities with business objectives,

ensure compliance with company concepts and local requirements,

identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
