Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior People Data Analyst to join our team and assist with data refining tasks and HR processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about data management and human resources operations. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify data inconsistencies and errors.
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks including but not limited to employee onboarding, data entry, and maintaining personnel records.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to data management and HR processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and efficiency in HR operations.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [relevant field such as Data Science, Information Management, Human Resources, etc.].Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.Fluent English.Basic understanding of HR principles and processes is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.Additional Information
