Translation Quality Analyst with Dutch

Your responsibilities

  • Validating the accuracy of translations for retail consumer goods-related queries (calls, emails, chat messages) to ensure they are correctly translated by the implemented e-translation solution (machine translation),
  • Correcting translation errors and documenting the changes on the platform,
  • Ensuring that daily tasks are completed on time through various communication channels, both written and verbal,
  • Meeting quality, productivity, and timeline targets while ensuring accuracy in completed tasks,
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to achieve a satisfactory audit rating.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e.g., language schools, international experience, translations, etc.),
  • Fluency in English and Dutch at a minimum C1 level,
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools,
  • Strong language expertise, translation skills, and attention to detail for identifying grammatical errors,
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
