The main purpose of the role is delivering efficient and high-quality master data management services in alignment with applicable policies. You will be responsible for :

  • Carrying out creation and maintenance process for Product, Bank, Customer and Vendor Master Data
  • Carrying out due diligence process in close cooperation with Corporate Compliance & Sustainability
  • Responding to queries from range of Stakeholders using various means of communication
  • Performing Internal Controls
  • Preparing standard and ad-hoc reports
  • Supporting and promoting Master Data policies, guidelines and data standards in all daily activities and interactions
  • Managing business relationship, taking ownership of requests and issues (including more complex) as well as following them through to resolution
  • Leading or taking part in improvement or knowledge management initiatives and supporting creation of best in-class Master Data practices across functions
  • Supporting development of Master Data procedures, policies, standards and tools / systems
  • Supporting development of Master Data Team by training other members (including new joiners).

Your future team

As our Specialist, you will be part of team who consists of around 12 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible e.g., for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.

What you bring to the team

To be successful in this role, your experience should include :

  • 1-2 years of experience with Procurement or Finance functions (experience in Master Data is an asset)
  • Knowledge of SAP FI module
  • English - at least B2 level
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and quality
  • Ability to work with limited guidance according to existing process descriptions stopping process in unforeseen circumstances.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities
  • Ability to work efficiently in multinational and virtual team
  • Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
  • Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, including self-development.
