    Responsibilities

    1. Development, Creation and Localization of Communication Concepts, Campaigns and Content

    • Active coordination of any kind of creative project related to the development and / or localisation and execution of selected demand creation programs, marketing initiatives, tactics and campaigns (according to regional ComPlan) in close cooperation with the respective Segment Marketing Manager.
    • Project management for the creation / localization of launch packs and demand creation campaigns (incl. Media and PR), working with Segment and Product Marketing teams, enabling punctual provision of complete launch packs and campaign materials, properly targeted with SEO-optimized digital contents where needed.
    • Development and / or localisation of communication concepts, campaigns, digital contents, artwork design, copy, images, video and other content needed for timely and successful execution of the regional ComPlan(s).
    • Creation of marketing collateral and content in close cooperation with the Segment Marketing team, based on the target audience, the positioning, and the channels on which the content will appear. The content can include blog posts, landing pages, online and offline advertisements, meta titles and descriptions, sales copy, catalogues, brochures, videos, e-books, podcasts, graphics, images, webinars, website text and more.
    • Work with Segment Marketing colleagues to identify needs, coordinate with external resources to make certain content is on point, ensure deadlines are met, and content is created accordingly and executed.
    • Work with external agencies / videographers / photographers / production houses to shoot and edit short videos; product beauty and application shots.
    • Preparation of product releases and other short-form written materials as directed by Segment Marketing and others.
    • Writing and / or coordinating (digital) contents as directed by Segment Marketing (Flexible writing style to address multiple audiences while maintaining the brand voice).
    • Writing of short copy (and condensing large amounts of copy) as needed for social, digital and mobile environments to convey precise, concise messages.
    • Organisation of translation, adaptation and / or transcreation of materials and contents in all required languages – internally or with the support of external partners.
    • Research and report on relevant industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for new or improved content.
    • 2. Execution and Communication

    • Manage the execution of campaigns and the publication of marketing collateral / content via the desired channels. This can include website, landing pages, paid and organic social media, print and online advertising, public relations and media relations, influencer outreach, eMail marketing, events and more.
    • In close cooperation with the Global Digital Enablement Team, ensure proper digital release, accuracy of web contents and SEO of created web contents and materials.
    • Execution of Content for Customer Communication, Digital-Marketing initiatives (incl. Social Media) and PR to ensure target audiences receive up to date and relevant product information to keep MSA top of mind and to create demand.
    • Types of contents / communication would include : eMail Marketing; ABM Account-based Marketing (Marketing Automation); Digital Newsletters; Social Media Posts; Web News and Press Releases; New Product Launches; Obsolescence of Products (PiPo); Promotions
    • All of the above always in close collaboration with appropriate team members.
    • 4. Support for internal and external events and related communication activities

    • Creative and organizational support for external and internal events according to regional Demand Creation programs, launches, etc.
    • 5. Evaluation, Reporting and Budget

    • Monitor the effectiveness of the communication projects and evaluate success
    • Track and report on selected KPIs per project / initiative
    • Monitor and oversee the related marketing spend
    • Maintain record of marketing expenses per project
    • Ensure all marketing invoices are processed by accounts
    • Qualifications

      Experience required :

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related function at agency or internal MarCom department
    • Fluency in English
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task, with a sharp focus on detail and timeline management
    • Self-starter with the ability to resourcefully problem solve
    • Ability to explain technically demanding products in a simplified and targeted manner
    • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
    • Marketing Communications experience including digital marketing, graphic design, and copywriting
    • Professional knowledge in advertising, production methods, etc.
    • Event planning experience
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Monitoring of work processes and project milestones, and evaluating and presenting project results
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, international team environment, intercultural communication skills
    • Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders
    • Proficient computer skills : Microsoft suite of products, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, etc.
    • Experience preferred :

    • B2B experience
    • Intercultural collaboration
    • Fluency in other languages
    • Education required :

    • Bachelor's degree or professional business education, preferably in marketing, communications or advertising; or comparable job experience
    • Education preferred :

    • Postgraduate studies in Marketing Communications - Knowledge must be obtained through university-level coursework in Marketing and Communications (2+ years) and on-the-job experience (5+ years)
    • Further vocational training (e.g. graphic design, online marketing, event management)
