Senior Project Manager – Automation & Industrial Solutions
As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of highly complex, customized automation projects. You will manage the full project lifecycle—from kickoff to final acceptance—ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project initiation, including clear communication of objectives, structure, scope, and planning to all stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with defi ned milestones and monitor progress closely.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and control the project budget, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Guarantee high quality of all project deliverables, including validation phases and acceptance procedures.
- Monitor deadlines, anticipate changes, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Stay alert to variations in scope, budget, or time, identifying and managing contract changes.
- Assess risks proactively and implement mitigation actions.
- Define and oversee criteria for successful project completion.
- Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project.
- Organize, lead, and document meetings; secure robust project reporting.
Desirable Experience :
Master's degree.Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with 10–15 years of total professional experience.Experience in intralogistics is a strong plus; alternatively, background in complex industrial project environments (e.g., rail, energy, aerospace). Skills & CompetenciesFluent in English and Polish.Strong leadership qualities, capable of negotiating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.Hands-on, communicative, autonomous, and structured in your work style.Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK).SAP S / 4HANA knowledge is an advantage.Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%).
