Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant (Remote)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Maintaining strong business relationships with clients and ensuring effective communication throughout projects;
• Supporting project planning by setting priorities and contributing to the definition of project phases;
• Designing and implementing software solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Low-Code / No-Code) and the Office 365 suite;
• Analyzing customer needs and preparing functional solution documentation;
• Testing applications and assisting with their deployment into production environments;
• Maintaining and enhancing existing applications, including implementing changes, fixing bugs, and improving functionality.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior and less experienced colleagues;

Kogo poszukujemy?

Strong command of English, enabling effective communication in a business environment;

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools and practical experience with system configuration based on customer requirements;

Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly in at least one area such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing;

Ability to gather and interpret customer requirements, translate them into actionable tasks, and map business processes accordingly;

Experience in preparing user documentation and delivering user training as part of implementation projects;

Familiarity with agile project methodologies and hands-on experience working with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
