We are looking for a passionate software engineer with hands-on experience building resilient microservice architectures. You will be part of our team in Poznan to implement scalable partner integrations into our internal travel tech platform.

    What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing clickstream data in e-commerce, with strong skills in SQL (including window functions), BigQuery , and Python
  • Solid background in A / B testing, statistical analysis, and applying machine learning methods to real-world user data
  • Business-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with big data, building dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio), and simplifying complex problems into actionable insights
  • Strong communicator and team player, fluent in English (German is a plus), with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing
