zadania

  • Lead & Empower Your Team : Build, coach, and empower a high-performing P2P team that delivers excellence daily.
  • Own operations : Take full ownership of day-to-day P2P processes, ensuring smooth, efficient, and error-free operations.
  • Drive results : Consistently hit key KPIs and service levels, with a sharp focus on quality and performance.
  • Be the expert : Act as the escalation point for complex issues, providing expert guidance and resolution
  • Optimize & automate : Lead initiatives to standardize, optimize, and automate P2P processes.
  • Collaborate seamlessly : Work closely with Procurement, IT, and Finance for seamless process integration.
  • Ensure compliance : Safeguard adherence to internal controls, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Master data governance : Oversee vendor master data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Drive transformation : Support and lead digital transformation projects, ERP rollouts, and workflow tool enhancements.
  • Insightful reporting : Present clear, insightful dashboards and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Foster excellence : Cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • oczekujemy

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven success in leading PtP operations in a fast-paced SSC / BPO environment.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end PtP processes and shared services best practices.
  • Change agent with a strong track record of driving process improvement and innovation.
  • Skilled in ERP platforms (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills—you know how to build and motivate teams.
  • Confident communicator with fluency in English and strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a sharp focus on efficiency, compliance, and business impact
