We are currently supporting our client in the search for a Junior HR Administrator to join their HR Operations team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in HR, with a strong focus on interview scheduling and supporting recruitment processes across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across the EMEA region — this will be your primary responsibility .
- Perform accurate data entry of candidate and employee information into Oracle.
- Conduct weekly audits of new hire data, entry accuracy, and other HR data points.
- Support HR Business Partners and the Employee Support Team with employee-related tasks.
- Assist with special HR projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :
Initial experience in an administrative, HR support, or coordination role (internship or entry-level position).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and stay calm when working with tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills in English.Experience with interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle).Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.Additional language skills, particularly in French or German , are a strong plus.Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within the HR field.We Offer :
