Job description

We are currently supporting our client in the search for a Junior HR Administrator to join their HR Operations team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in HR, with a strong focus on interview scheduling and supporting recruitment processes across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across the EMEA region — this will be your  primary responsibility .
  • Perform accurate data entry of candidate and employee information into Oracle.
  • Conduct weekly audits of new hire data, entry accuracy, and other HR data points.
  • Support HR Business Partners and the Employee Support Team with employee-related tasks.
  • Assist with special HR projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Initial experience in an administrative, HR support, or coordination role (internship or entry-level position).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and stay calm when working with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle).
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
  • Additional language skills, particularly in French or German , are a strong plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within the HR field.
