Job descriptionCo-create the strategy and architecture of the GCP platform with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization. Design and document core platform components (VPC, IAM, Compute, GKE, Storage, BigQuery) and implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager). Build and manage environments (dev, staging, prod) ensuring proper isolation and resource allocation. Define and enforce standards for security, monitoring, logging, and configuration. Automate platform processes (Terraform, scripts, GCP services) and implement best practices. Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs. Collaborate closely with development teams and communicate architectural decisions. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support incident management processes. Evaluate new GCP services and recommend their adoption. Create and maintain architectural documentation and operational procedures. 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture and management. Strong expertise in GCP services (GKE, Compute, VPC, IAM, Monitoring). Hands-on experience with Terraform and automation (Python, Bash). Knowledge of CI / CD and cloud security practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus. Team-oriented, reliable, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
