As Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance (all genders) , you will be responsible for the further development of a rapidly growing team. Your team oversees the technical monitoring of our parking facilities and serves as the interface between Operations and Engineering - ensuring the long-term reliability of our system. In this way, you directly contribute to achieving our company goals! You will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with colleagues from Product & Engineering and Technical Implementation.

What to expect

• Leadership : You will take on direct leadership responsibility and be in charge of building and developing a remote team of up to five people.
• Motivator : You foster motivation within the team, create an open feedback culture and a trusting atmosphere - building a high-performing team as a result.
• Performance Analysis & Monitoring : Together with your team, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our hardware systems for parking space management and identifying anomalies in detail. Your team takes a holistic view of processes and can substantiate correlations using data.
• Process & Product Improvements : You contribute to company-wide process improvements and monitor the implementation and success of product enhancements.
• Cooperation : You collaborate with other Team Leads in the Operations department and coordinate interfaces with other departments, especially Engineering.
• KPIs : Together with your team, you define and achieve your performance goals.
