Customer Support Specialist with German
Miejsce pracy : Wrocław
Your responsibilities
- Processing and execution of orders in the system (SAP)
- Independent processing of all tasks in the entire “order to cash” process
- Preparation of the quotation for the customer
- Master data check and enrichment based on rules, transfer to C4C
- Contact with customers via email / phone
- Close cooperation with various internal departments
- Handling of customer complaints and return process
- Proactively raising improvement ideas
