Budujemy nowy zespół Platform Engineering w spółce należącej do polskiej grupy bankowej. Naszym zadaniem jest stworzenie platformy, która pozwoli zespołom inżynierskim szybciej, bezpieczniej i bardziej niezawodnie dostarczać oprogramowanie. Jesteśmy na etapie budowania fundamentów – od automatyzacji infrastruktury po pipeline’y CI / CD i GitOps. Szukamy doświadczonego inżyniera, który pomoże nam projektować i rozwijać te rozwiązania z myślą o skali i przyszłej automatyzacji.

responsibilities :

tworzysz i rozwijasz komponenty platformy opartej na Kubernetes i ArgoCD,

definiujesz i wdrażasz standardy Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Terragrunt),

budujesz i utrzymujesz procesy CI / CD w oparciu o GitLab,

wdrażasz rozwiązania observability dot. metryk, logów, tracingu, alertów,

automatyzujesz procesy środowiskowe i integracji z systemami developerskimi.

współpracujesz z zespołami developerskimi i architektami przy projektowaniu i wdrażaniu nowych usług,

pomagasz innym w zrozumieniu i rozwoju platformowych rozwiązań.

requirements-expected :

posiadasz kilkuletnie doświadczenie w obszarze DevOps / Platform / SRE,

posiadasz bardzo dobrą znajomość Kubernetes – wiesz, jak działa pod spodem i jak go ujarzmić w produkcji,

posiadasz swobodę w pracy z Terraform / Terragrunt i podejściem IaC,

masz praktykę w tworzeniu pipeline’ów GitLab CI / CD,

posiadasz doświadczenia z observability stackiem (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, MirMir, OpenTelemetry),

rozumiesz bezpieczeństwa, sieci i HA w środowiskach chmurowych,

posiadasz umiejętność pracy zespołowej i z chęcią dzielisz się wiedzą.
