We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Senior   System Analyst to join our Technology team.

If you have :

  • At least 5 years of experience in system analysis or a similar role
  • Prior experience in the financial domain (a strong advantage)

Technical Skills :

  • Familiarity with programming concepts
  • Strong skills in system design, business process modeling, and data analysis
  • The ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Knowledge of BPMN and UML
  • Experience with Microservices and API integration

    • Soft skills :

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex systems and workflows
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

    • Your daily duties will be :

  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
  • Conducting analyses and meetings with business departments to thoroughly understand their needs and IT system requirements
  • Collaborating with the internal development team as well as external vendors to define the technical aspects of solution development
  • Creating and maintaining technical / system documentation based on the provided business requirements
  • Converting the prepared analyses / documentation into a task list for the development team to execute
  • Actively participating in workshops to jointly identify requirements, processes, and improvements in systems
  • Proposing and designing new functionalities
  • Analyzing logs / metrics / system errors to identify system changes, optimizations, and improvements
  • Supporting the testing team in defining test cases and conducting acceptance testing.
