Main Activities :

  • Installs OCE & Canon products and trains the customer’s operators.
  • Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimal efficiency.
  • Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
  • Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
  • Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
  • Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
  • Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.
  • Works effectively in a small team
  • Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities

What we ask

  • Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
  • Fluent interpersonal communication Polish skills – verbal and written.
  • Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical / mechanical / IT issues - preferably print industry related
  • Good English sklills.
  • Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.
  • Acts cost effectively.
  • Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
