THE POSITION

Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for purchase orders processing but also play a key part role in providing the goods and services needed on time? Help us build Procurement team for DACH markets. If you are an excellent communicator with customer orientation, then Procurement is your place to be

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Efficient and effective processing and creation of Indirect Purchase Requisitions from internal employees (different departments / countries) based on defined standard processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Creating of Direct Purchase Orders for goods and / or services to external suppliers.
  • Performing quality audits of requirements and documentation.
  • Supporting internal business partners with Purchase Requisition creation.
  • Responding to queries from internal employees concerning Procurement process.
  • Supporting additional tasks related to Plant Maintenance (eg. Purchase Info Records creation and update).
  • Responding to stakeholder's demands related to training and reporting.

About Our Future Employee

You should speak German (fluent, min. B2) and English (communicative B1-B2) and have min. 2 years of experience in a procurement or sourcing position. We are also open for candidates from other Finance areas (especially Order to Cash) if you demonstrate the willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for :

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Customer orientation even in difficult situations and in contact with higher hierarchy levels,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Experience with SAP IT systems - weBuy, SAP ERP preferred.
