Your daily responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and engage top IT talent using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Communicate effectively with candidates, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, both locally and internationally, to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment throughout the process
- Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (Traffit) to manage candidate progress, ensuring accurate documentation and providing regular updates on recruitment activities
- Handle employee documentation, including preparation of contracts and other related paperwork
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company
- Actively contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, supporting the promotion of Incubly as an employer of choice
We're looking for :
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a strong track record in the IT industryFluency in English, both written and spokenProven hands-on experience in sourcing, with deep knowledge of digital and social media recruitment strategies, applicant tracking systems, and innovative sourcing methodsA collaborative team player who excels at multitasking and performs well in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentHighly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet hiring targetsExcellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skillsWould be great if you have :
Interest in IT / software solutions and experience working in an IT companyExperience or interest in Employer Branding and professional Social Media presence - to make our brand known among our potential employeesConfidence as a communicator and influencer, both verbally and in writingOur offer :
