- Manage the Level-up Platform and learning management system for DT Executives, working with a provider to develop new use cases and integrate AI features.
- Conduct testing and ensure functionalities are working as expected.
- Handle processes involving social partners, data privacy, and other areas.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, stakeholder communication, and user experience improvement.
- Investigate trends in the Learning and Development (L&D) domain.
Our requirements
Technical Understanding : Essential for writing use cases, explaining requirements to vendors, and conducting basic testing. Not a software development role, but technical experience is crucial.Language Proficiency : Fluent English and German are required. German fluency ideally at C1 level for effective communication with Workers Council.Organizational Skills : A structured approach to handling various processes and tasks.Stakeholder Management : Ability to communicate and align initiatives with multiple stakeholders.L&D Sense : Some understanding of learning and development is necessary.HR Background : Not mandatory but beneficial.Experience : Ideally around five years, but flexibility exists depending on the candidate’s background.What we offer
