The role of a ServiceNow Architect involves designing and implementing scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. This position requires technical expertise in ServiceNow and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Description

  • Architecture & Strategy : Design and lead scalable technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with strategic business goals.
  • Technical Leadership : Provide architectural guidance and expertise to development teams across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
  • Security & Compliance : Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices.
  • Development Oversight : Review enhancements, estimate stories, and advise / define in technical steps for implementation.
  • Advanced Configuration : Create and maintain server-side scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
  • Integrations : Develop and manage integrations with systems such as SAP, Jira, and LDAP.
  • Platform Maintenance : Manage platform updates and perform instance cloning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with platform owner and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay current with ServiceNow advancements, integrating new features and modules to support evolving business needs.

Profile

A successful ServiceNow Architect should have :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years being in a technical architecture / design domain.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, solutions, and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong CSDM experience
  • ITOM and ITSM modules experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage complex information effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL framework and service management concepts.
  • Experience in scripting, workflow configuration, and integration design.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, self-driven approach with a continuous learning mindset.
