Job descriptionConduct comprehensive system analysis using UML within Sparx Enterprise Architect Build and maintain a complete analytical model of the system Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure technical consistency Translate complex business and functional needs into system specifications and UML models Support the ongoing development process in an Agile (Scrum) environment Contribute to analytical process definition and documentation Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in English Expert knowledge of UML and practical experience in complex system modeling Expert-level proficiency in Sparx Enterprise Architect Proven track record in conducting full-cycle system analysis (end-to-end analytical models) Experience working in multi-person analytical teams Strong organizational and self-management skills Excellent communication, accuracy, and attention to detail Fluent English (C1 level) – both spoken and written Experience working with public sector or EU-related institutions UML certification (OMG or equivalent) Experience in defining or improving analytical processes B2B cooperation through Optiveum Hourly rate : up to 170 PLN / h Long-term international project with real impact and technical depth Fully remote work with flexible organization Collaboration within a highly skilled international team

About the Project
The project started in 2023 and involves the system analysis, development, and implementation of a modern web application based on .NET and Angular, using microservices and microfrontend architecture.
Core functionalities are already live — the current focus is on new modules, functional enhancements, and production maintenance.
