Transactional - Client Accounting Supervisor

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring operations in line with department’s service level agreement (ownership of delivery)
  • Monitoring accuracy of team’s work by following existing procedures and guidelines (ownership of delivery)
  • Identifying gaps / inefficiencies in the processes, assesses and mitigates operational risks
  • Understanding of business and operational impact of team work and connection with other teams / processes, cross -departmental cooperation
  • Reporting over SLA, KPI, volumetrics, productivity of dedicated area of business
  • Setting clear objectives and expectation to the Team aligned with the business strategy
  • Run Monthly Service Review meetings with stakeholders
  • Design, implement and execute efficient process controls
  • Resolving and long term mitigation of escalations received from the business, act as the first escalation point in case of any operational challenges.
  • Perform reviews, approvals of work performed by the Team
  • Monitors volumes and allocates staff accordingly to make sure all activities are completed according to the agreed calendar
  • Manages knowledge retention ensuring that all the processes are documented and teams are cross trained
  • Supports management in terms of audit, reporting, client presentations and any other ad hoc requests, maintenance of ad hoc tasks, given by superiors
  • Oversee cooperation with external providers
  • Handling recruitment process
  • Governance of backup structure within a team
  • Governance of weekly team meetings, monthly / weekly 1-2-1 meetings
  • Manage the team’s performance and share feedback.

Our requirements

  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
  • Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
