Job description

Company is looking for a Business and Payments Product Analyst, who will Join to the Payment Development team and help our customer with implementation of new modern payment services in areas of traditional banking, blockchain and cloud.

Twoje przyszłe zadania to :

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements, then translating them into actionable IT development tasks and user stories
  • Supporting the Project Manager with weekly reviews and project planning.
  • Proposing and managing new processes for business requirements.
  • Supporting the Project Manager and Project Lead with daily customer contact.
  • Supporting the Project Lead in setting up new SLA and OLA agreements for customers.
  • Evaluating IT project deliverables.
  • Acting as the intermediary between the IT Development team and key business stakeholders.
  • Participating in the design of new payment flows.
  • Proposing new process metrics for business analysis in Payments and AML / Fraud services.
  • Improving and managing the existing Business Analysis framework.
  • Gathering business requirements for new process metrics.
  • Assessing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitoring project benefits.

Nie ma ludzi idealnych, ale jeśli bliska jest Ci poniższa lista to sam / a wiesz :

  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a financial payment area or team (any role).
  • Experience as a project team member on a minimum of two projects for the financial sector.
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial payment operations in traditional banking.
  • Understanding of the principles of AML and Fraud processes.
  • Basic technical knowledge required to communicate with the IT development team.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or another service management framework.
  • Fundamental knowledge about payment methods
  • Experience in process assessment from a cost and benefit perspective.

  • Knowledge / experience with blockchain is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Business Analysis skills.
  • Project management framework knowledge is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the Agile approach to project coordination.
  • Very good communication skills in English.
  • ITIL and BPMN 2.0 are nice to have.
  • Agile / Scrum framework knowledge will be a plus.
