SOURCING SPECIALIST

Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will manage sourcing activities for Food & Packaging categories, ensuring reliable supply service, strong supplier relationships, and consistent QA standards across the chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supply service for venues, enabling teams to focus on customer experience.
• Coordinate and optimize sourcing activities from procurement to delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance.
• Prepare sourcing strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans for assigned categories.
• Support contract negotiations and tender processes in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and secure product availability.
• Identify new suppliers and products, conduct cost analyses, and maintain QA and price standards.
