We are recruiting on behalf of our Client, a dynamic, fast-growing company, for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join their AP team. If you’re organized, detail-oriented and fluent in German, we’d love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities

• Processing of PO and non-PO invoices and following up on approvals
• Ensure invoices are processed in line with local accounting and tax requirements
• Handling invoice queries and escalations from suppliers
• Preparing payment proposals to ensure timely and accurate outgoing payments
• Identifying potential process improvements and proposing their implementation
• Performing other tasks related to the AP process
