What type of people are we looking for?

We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented and proactive — someone who enjoys working independently but communicates clearly when support or clarification is needed.

You might be a great fit if you :

Have previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support

Are extremely attentive to details and ready to work within the deadlines

Feel comfortable working with tools like Saldeo & ClickUp (or are quick to learn)

Have a very good command of Polish and English (written and spoken, min. C1)

Are available for flexible, part-time work of 10 to 30 hours per month , with potential to expand your involvement later in the year

Appreciate structure, but are okay with some startup-style chaos from time to time 😉

What will you do?

You will be supporting our Finance team with everyday operational tasks and basic data analysis. Your responsibilities will include :

Managing and tracking incoming and outgoing invoices

Working with our accounting system Saldeo

Preparing client agreements based on templates

Supporting financial data analysis and reports

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

And it’s not the end! Here’s what you can expect from us :

Agreement type of your choice between B2B contract or other (UZ)

Becoming a PRO user of ClickUp

Full access to needed digital tools and our knowledge library

Multiple occasions to integrate with all Tribers (if wanted)
