ELEKS is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer ( and React) in Poland or Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our customer is a global life sciences & healthcare organization whose mission is to improve the quality of people’s lives worldwide. Their digital products directly support life-saving therapies and healthcare research used by millions of patients and their families.

This company works with leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and government partners and plays a critical role in accelerating the delivery of new treatments to the market.

Tech Stack : React, , Typescript, , Fastify.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with and React in building and maintaining production-grade applications
• Experience with Fastify is a strong advantage
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (experience with SCSS / LESS is a plus)
• Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs (GraphQL knowledge is a plus)
• Solid understanding of cloud-native development, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong grasp of software architecture, SOLID principles, and security best practices
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) – nice to have
• Exposure to AI / ML tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Ireland
