We work : Hybrid (85% remote 15% in the office per month - 3 days in month only)

Contract of employment : full-time

Administration Specialist with Finnish

Here are some of the things you can look forward to :

  • As a Admistration Specialist you will be responsible for client's technical documentation regarding what has been done, what materials have been used and adjust / create an easy drawing of the new electrical design
  • You will cooperate daily with international units and get info about completed task from Finnish technician
  • Communicate the gaps in information to various internal and external stakeholders

You are the right person for the role if You can communicate in English (B2) and Finnish (min. B1).

  • We are looking for a person who feels good in working with documents and likes technical issues
  • The previous experience is not required, although it is appreciated
