Senior Product Owner with Security Background

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with engineering, UX, and security teams to define and deliver product features that enhance the organization's cybersecurity capabilities

Drive the development lifecycle - from discovery and requirements gathering, through prioritization and planning, to delivery and validation

Facilitate user research and feedback loops to understand user needs and continuously improve product usability and effectiveness

Translate business and security requirements into clear, actionable stories and acceptance criteria for development teams

Oversee delivery progress by tracking product metrics, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely releases

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity principles such as least privilege, zero trust, and secure software development practices

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and ensure transparency throughout the product lifecycle

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency, product quality, and team collaboration

Requirements :

Experience with product ownership and applying a strong product mindset to drive value delivery

Experience with conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product decisions

Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices

Experience with discovery and framing activities

Experience in planning, prioritization, and managing product backlogs across multiple stakeholders

Experience with user testing and validation

Experience in preparing and maintaining product reports, metrics, and documentation for stakeholders

Proficiency in English – at least B2 level (both spoken and written)
