We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with French, English and Polish languages. You will be providing IT support to one of the major players in the aerospace / defence sectors in the US and Canada, also supporting other international locations.
You will be working 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, during afternoons and evenings.
Your responsibilities
Provide technical support for internal and external users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and telecommunicationsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical problems based on user reports, leveraging expertise and historical data to identify solutionsEscalate complex cases to appropriate specialistsEnsure prompt and effective issue resolution while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)Log and track support requests using relevant tools, maintaining accurate recordsOffer remote support for VPN users and assist with mobile devices, encrypted USBs, and secure network accountsMaintain and update documentation, including technical procedures and processesCommunicate system alerts and outages to users as neededOur requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools and systemsProactive and eager to learn from colleaguesStrong team player with the ability to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English, and PolishProven ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceStrong telephone etiquette and professional communication skillsResiding in Poland requiredWhat we offer
