Your responsibilities
Contribute to SuccessFactors design and build activities (Wave 1 / 2 / 3) in collaboration with other SFCC team members.Support other workstream activities with dependency on SuccessFactors, such as data migration, Enabling Technologies, and Integrations.Participate in BAU (Business As Usual) activities, including SuccessFactors change and incident management, service monitoring, and job monitoring.Provide support for SuccessFactors-dependent capabilities, such as Integrations and Enabling Technologies.Collaborate with SAP services around SuccessFactors (SaaS) and contribute to the overall relationship with SAP (e.g., contract and license management, SLA monitoring).Support service / security / infrastructure-related activities required by the company.Assist Process Design / business teams in updating SF Workbooks and making design choices aligned with SuccessFactors capabilities and limitations.Provide guidance in identifying the most adequate solutions to align business requirements with SuccessFactors system capabilities and limitations.Maintain the Global and Local builds of the SuccessFactors platform.Work with the IT Service Management organization to provide day-to-day support of the system in the areas of system monitoring, job monitoring, incident and change management, system security operations, and data privacy operations.Maintain ownership of SF workbooks.Identify opportunities to improve the Fujitsu SF platform to strengthen the capability of the HR functions.Translate new features and work with HRIS to ensure the business fully leverages new functionalities.Contribute to OnePeople governance boards : Change Management, Configuration Management, Environment Management, Release Management, etc.Manage SF system operation documentation.Perform mass data loads.Our requirements
Good written and spoken English (minimum B2-Level).Proven experience in SAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies.SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core (or equivalent certification) is highly desirable.Experience with SuccessFactors platform is a significant advantage.Hands-on experience with at least one of the following SuccessFactors modules is required : Performance & Goals, Succession and Career Development Planning, Learning Management System, and Compensation.Experience with Data Migration and Analytics is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.Desire to learn and develop expertise in additional SuccessFactors modules and broader SAP technologies.What we offer

The role holder supports all functions of our Human Resources department by providing legal support to the organization, mainly in the area of employee relations. Operating as an experienced lawyer providing high quality, commercially informed, accurate legal advice and services supporting GDC Leadership and HR managers.
Key area of responsibility is to fulfil an objective, advisory role, facilitating risk management and compliance for the GDC Poland by providing advice that supports informed decision-making. Employee on this position may be engaged in providing advice about legal issues, risk and possibilities affecting GDC Poland for all stages of a legal regulations and employees’ contract.
Lawyer at this level may also establish a particular area of expertise where required for the benefit of the GDC Poland. Subject matter experts operate as a single point of contact in advising GDC Poland mangers on legal cases.
