About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, Postgres, SQL, Vue.js, JavaScript , and architectural best practices . In this leadership role, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of scalable and high-performance applications while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architectural design and development of enterprise-grade applications.
Guide and mentor development teams to ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices.
Develop efficient back-end solutions with PHP, Laravel, Postgres, and SQL .
Design and implement dynamic and intuitive user interfaces using Vue.js and JavaScript .
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and process improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

15-20 years of experience in full stack development and technical leadership.

Deep expertise in PHP, Laravel, Postgres, SQL, Vue.js, and JavaScript .

Strong knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design.

Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Ability to drive technical decision-making and implement best practices.

Experience in database optimization and efficient query structuring.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with cloud-based solutions and containerization (Docker).

Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
