About the role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage and oversee internal payroll processing . This role ensures accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, compliance with local payroll regulations, and continuous improvement of the payroll system and processes.

What do you have to offer?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a complex organizational structure
  • Strong knowledge of payroll system – Enova365
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • In-depth understanding of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
  • Which tasks can you expect?

  • Process and review end-to-end payroll for internal employees
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits
  • Collaborate with the People and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and reporting
  • Handle internal and external payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal stakeholders and external authorities
  • Support year-end processes, including tax filings and other statutory documents.
  • Lead or support payroll system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior payroll staff as needed
