Operations Team
Our mission is to let our people focus on their work. By taking care of all offices, ensuring comfortable trips to various project places, and organizing many integrations events to boost team spirit, our team members create a positive and productive work environment where everybody matters.
About the role. You will have the opportunity to :
Manage all facility services (cleaning, deliveries, and others) in the Warsaw office and coordinate activities in other Sollers locations in Poland.
Control the quality of services and optimize costs; negotiate with providers (purchases, services, cost-saving solutions) to find the best possible options.
Assist in preparing the annual office budget and ensure activities stay within the budget.
Support and plan office space management and improve office utilization.
Collaborate with the building administration in Warsaw to resolve any arising issues; provide support for other locations.
Coordinate any necessary reconstruction, renovation work, or equipment orders.
Support other duties within the scope of the Operations Team.
Get involved in more basic or repetitive team tasks, e.g., reception support.
About the requirements. You need :
At least 4 years of experience in facility management in an international environment
Experience in office coordination with a track record of successful deliverables
Readiness to work from the office
A decisive and action-oriented mindset
Excellent soft skills and a passion for working in a support role
A very good command of both English and Polish
An analytical approach with a keen eye for detail
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
A team-player attitude with the ability to build strong partnerships
The ability to achieve results in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships
The ability to work under time pressure, organize tasks effectively, and set clear priorities
