Java Backend Architect / Staff Engineer

    • Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable microservices in Java and (eventually) Golang
  • Create and maintain APIs and database structures (SQL / PostgreSQL)
  • Support high availability, performance, and secure architecture
  • Lead technical decisions and code reviews
  • Collaborate on CI / CD, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices
  • Mentor team members and contribute to long-term tech roadmap

    • Our requirements

  • 5+ years of backend experience (min. 3 years with Java)
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and SQL
  • Experience in cloud-native environments (Docker, CI / CD)
  • Willingness to work with Golang (or existing experience)
  • Solid understanding of system design and architecture
  • Strong communication skills and Agile mindset
